Come run and walk with us around the beautiful Bellevue Park. Its a great start to the morning, meet fellow members in a casual and welcoming space.

**MEETING SPOT:**
Bellevue Downtown Park
We will be congregated near the entrance of the paved trail from the west parking lot.

**EVENT DETAILS:**
The "trail" is a 1.5 mile circle with no inclines.

**GUEST INFORMATION:**
Guests are allowed

**WEATHER PERMITTING INFORMATION:**
Event will be cancelled if there is severe weather the day of.

**ATTENDANCE POLICY**

* We have a max limit on attendees because it gives hosts the predictability needed to plan high-quality events.
* Please RSVP only if you have every intent of attending. Do not hold a spot and block other members from being able to attend.
* **Cancellations within 48 hours will be marked as a No Show.** RSVP lists will be closed 1-2 days before most events. Make sure to check your calendars and update your RSVP leading up to an event date. Remember to leave the Waitlist if you don’t want to be added to an event.
* If something comes up last minute, reach out to the host before the event.

**NO-SHOW POLICY**

* If you no-show an event the first time, you get a warning.
* A second no-show will result in a month-long suspension from the group and $10 admin fee (payable to either 1.5 Gen Asians or an Asian charity of your choice) to regain access.
* Each time you get suspended, the duration doubles.

Remember, you have the power to avoid any penalties simply by attending the events you sign up for. If something comes up and you can't make it, you can always cancel your RSVP 2 days before the event. Be sure to communicate with your host if something comes up last minute.
