My mission is to help others who have anxiety to build hope, resilience, and well-being. My approach uses mindfulness-based guided meditation, breathing methods and guided imagery to enhance awareness of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
