East rock
This is a good intermediate hike. Wear proper footwear. Other than that your safety and well being is your responsibility.
We will meet at 8:45 at the parking lot of the Park. If you RSVP Yes and can't make it, respect the other hikers and the organizer and change your RSVP by the night before.
We will do 6-7 miles in total some Combined trails with some great views. Please bring 2-3 liters of water and snacks if you want, be respectful to other members of the group and of course bring your positive energy and smile😊
