Description
Imagine a crisp morning at Copalis Beach, where the salty breeze carries the promise of adventure. As the tide recedes, you and your companions eagerly scan the wet sand for the telltale dimples that signal the presence of razor clams. The thrill of the hunt is palpable as you dig swiftly, unearthing these prized treasures of the Pacific Northwest.
With buckets brimming with fresh clams, you head to your cozy Airbnb in Ocean Shores. The rustic charm of the beach house welcomes you, its kitchen ready for the culinary magic about to unfold. As the sun sets, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, you gather around the kitchen island, preparing the clams with garlic, butter, and a splash of white wine.
The sizzle of clams hitting the hot pan fills the air with an irresistible aroma. Laughter and stories flow as you savor the fruits of your labor, each bite a testament to the day’s adventure. The warmth of the meal and the camaraderie make for an unforgettable evening, a perfect blend of nature’s bounty and the comforts of home. 🌊🦪🏡Airbnb spots and costs

Hi everyone my friend Agostin, volunteers with a non-profit called HelpCity, and he is looking to make more friends with more people who are also interested in volunteering! Come help a single family in need !
HelpCity helps low-income single moms and widows with tasks in the home. They send volunteers out each Saturday from 10am-12pm to help moms and widows, and then the volunteers grab lunch after.
I've found this to be a really good way to make friends; do some physical work and then bond over a meal. Let me know if anyone is interested in volunteering !
Welcome to HelpCity! We are a nonprofit organization that comes together every Saturday morning to roll up our sleeves and assist a low-income single mother or widow with small, laborious projects around the home. Afterwards, we go out to lunch to celebrate!
We’re looking for more people who are interested in volunteering and making friends! This is NOT an official sign up. Since we are working with low-income single mothers or widows we have our own process that you will have to go through before you can volunteer with us. Must complete the process by Thursday 1pm, before the Saturday event**.**
To begin the process, please fill out this form:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeHbHJe8TLdMxIM5FulO3hLCeMwS5l8QL549UKfzzSDm_cPFQ/viewform

HelpCity is a tribute to extraordinary women who deserve a break from time to time. We are calling all sons and daughters to join us in the movement of honoring the most disadvantaged single mothers and widows in our city.
According to a survey of more than 40,000 voters in over 100 countries, the word voted most beautiful was “Mother.”
It goes without saying why.
My friends mother (Nara) was an immigrant widow and single mother for most of her life, and I was a witness to how vulnerable and helpless she was. As a boy, it made me feel angry to see her have to solicit help from men in the neighborhood and in the church for simple repairs around the house and helpless that I couldn’t do more.
But stories like this are not unusual.
HelpCity is a tribute to extraordinary women who deserve a break from time to time. We are calling all sons and daughters to join us in the movement of honoring the most disadvantaged single mothers and widows in our city.
Come join us! Everyone is welcome at this event!

- Habitat Young Professionals Happy HourUlysses’ Pub & Pizzeria, Seattle, WA
Come join us for a casual happy hour at Ulysses’ Pub & Pizzeria! We have a volunteer event earlier in the day open to everyone as well. If you're curious about volunteering with Habitat or HYP, come hang out with other volunteers and members to learn more!
Since 2008, HYP Seattle has created fun and meaningful volunteer opportunities for hundreds of local young professionals and helped build over 30 homes in King County. Our monthly builds and happy hours are a great way for young professionals to make meaningful impacts in their local communities while having fun.
Come hang out with fellow like-minded folks, learn about our upcoming new construction, catch up with old friends or make new ones, and work with us to build a community of support for affordable housing in Seattle. No previous experience with Habitat needed, and our steering committee members would be happy to answer any questions you may have about what we do in the community.
