In Aeons long forgotten, a space hamster of incredible size collided with the planet and came to rest upon the land that would become the city of Bodrum. As the extraction of the preserved remains of this gigantic creature now fueled the city's growth into an industrial powerhouse, This quirk of the city’s history has been forgotten to most. Such matters are only known by the industrious burrowers charged with excavating the bounty of this hamster, the kobolds of Bogrum.

In prior weeks, the keen Kobolds of Bogrum have been caught up in a pandemonium. They’ve warned the people of Bogrum of the coming revenge of the giant space hamsters, but their pleas have fallen on deaf ears. After the kobolds of Bogrum disappear en masse, a party of spirit binders is called to rise to the occasion and be this forsaken city’s last line of defense.

Spirit binding / Helianas Monster Hunts are fairly linear one-shots consisting of an initial investigation and a conclusive combat encounter.
