What we’re about
309 Westies hosts West Coast Swing social dances and lessons located between Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley, PA.
We strive for an environment that is safe, welcoming, and fun for beginner and continuing dancers at our social dance events.
Leaders and followers wanted. No partner needed. We are a friendly bunch and mix during the lessons and dances.
No experience needed. There is a beginner lesson before each monthly First-Friday dance and 4-week beginner series starting monthly. We will teach you to West Coast Swing! Or if you already have experience, fantastic! Come dance with us.
We welcome dancers of all ages. However, if you are under 18, you must bring an over-18 chaperone with you.
We welcome all genders, gender identities, races, ages, sexual orientations, abilities, physical appearances, body sizes, religions, dance levels, and so on.
Good social dancing happens from a place of mutual respect and kindness and we ask that attendees embody these values at our events.
