Miguelito Valdés' (played with Buena Vista Social Club, Herbie Hancock, Gilberto Santa Rosa, et. al.) band (8:30pm-11:30pm) ; mostly salsa/cha-cha-cha. A bunch of dancers are usually there. No planned lesson, but if you are a follow, not to worry -- it's pretty easy. (:
