Had a busy couple of weeks and the 365 Walk events fell of the my radar. Setting up the next group to go through October.
Photos of your walk are always welcome. I have a few I will try to post today. Such a great spring this year - the Cherry Trees and Daffodil blooms were spectacular.
This is not a MeetUp as such. You can be on your own or with any number of partners. The event is for anyone with the intention of walking for improved health. A daily walk of 20 minutes or more helps clear your mind and improves your overall fitness.
