This is our annual holiday party and it's always a blast. What could be better than food, music, and dancing with your outdoormates! Have a great inexpensive night out with other members of the group. Don't be shy. This is a good way to meet members and have fun. You are also allowed to bring guests to this event. Pay their fee when you RSVP. Attendance is limited so get your ticket early to avoid missing out.

The fee for this event helps cover hall rental, supplies, professional music services and helps defray MeetUp subscription costs. I have included an early bird discount to reward those who commit early to attend this party because it helps me plan. Come see why we have such a great time. Because costs are incurred in advance No Refunds unless the event is cancelled.

All attendees are asked to bring a potluck dish to share. Handling food in this way helps keep costs low and we have so many great cooks out there it gives everyone a chance to show their talents or surprise us with some great store bought items. Please ensure your dish has a serving utensil and can be kept hot or safely served cold. Crockpots are allowed.

New in 2024 - We are not doing a prepaid gift givaway this year. Instead we will hold a yankee gear swap. To participate please bring a new condition unwrapped outdoor gift valued from $10 to $25 or more if you have unused gear to swap. Numbers will be drawn to exchange gifts and whomever draws the first number to start will also get the last chance to exchange their gift selecting from all players. There will be prizes awarded to whomever brings the most popular gift (most exchanged) and most creative gift, (judges decision).

Festivities start at 7:00 pm, so don't be late!
