Please join me on a moderate trek across a lessor known Belknap mountain, Mount Shannon, and possible side trip to Anna, which spelled backwards is annA. We will hike approximately 5 miles and climb an elevation gain of approximately 1,000 feet. Hence, if you've been hiking and can climb a moderate elevation then you'll be OK for this event. You'll see a historic goat pasture, views of several moats, (also called lakes), a Brook and an awesome view, (the look), from the top of Mt Shannon.

Afterward, I hope you will join me for lunch at Fosters Tavern in Alton Bay.
