2.5 mile hike, 780 feet elev gain, 2 mph pace
Minimum one liter water. Days: Variable weekdays
 Time: Mornings 9:30 to 11:30
Locations: Variable between Beaver Brook (Burns Hill), Joe English (PMEC), Horse Hill, Grater Woods and the Unconoonuc Mtns Hiking Distance: 2 to 4 miles (usually 3) Purpose: Healthy body, mind and spirit. Get outdoors to stretch your legs, meet with old friends and new folks for stimulating conversations an exercise.
 Requirements: THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER LEVEL HIKE You must be somewhat healthy to begin and capable of doing intermediate level hikes at avg 2 mph pace (steep hills, 1,5 mph pace)You will need water, energy snacks, waterproof hiking boots and rain gear, something to carry them in (backpack) and a cheerful smile.  PLEASE NOTE: Arrive by 9:15 for an on time 9:30 departure. Hiking poles are STRONGLY recommended.
