You're Invited to our 6th Annual Holiday Bash!

Get ready to Jingle and Mingle because it's that time of the year again! Join us and our fabulous guest host, Darcy Hughes, for a Holiday Party to remember at Spruce Harbour Marina. Think twinkling lights, cozy vibes, and a stunning waterfront view - what more could you ask for?

Food:
We're serving up delightful light snacks and appetizers to keep your spirits high!

Drink Responsibly:
It's a B.Y.O.B event, so bring your favourite alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is a fridge, and the back deck should keep your brews nicely chilled!

Tickets:
For just $24 per person, you'll score your ticket to a night filled with tasty treats, party favours, door prizes, festive decor, and a little something from Santa!

**\*Please book and pay for tickets EARLY to help the volunteer organizing committee plan the event. Your space is not confirmed until you have paid for your ticket. Ticket sales will close on Dec. 6, 2023**

**How To Get in on the Fun:**

1. RSVP: Just let us know you want in, and you'll be added to the waitlist.
2. Payment Details: I will send you a direct message through Meetup with event details and e-transfer payment information. **Please follow the instructions and use the password provided. If you do not use the password provided, your payment will not be processed.**
3. Confirmation: Once I see your payment come through, you'll be officially moved to "GOING" and ready to party.

Guests:
We can only host 40 lovely members at this festive gathering. If it doesn't sell out the first week, I will open the doors to your guests.

Finding Us:
Although this is not a traditional street address, it is still easy to find. But when in doubt, consult your Google Maps.

\*Press code 072 at the gate, and we will buzz you in. Walk straight down the ramp to the Clubhouse.

* On the seawall, it's a 5-minute walk East of Granville Island.
* There is limited free parking in Sitka Square and along Lameys Mill Road (about 2 blocks away).
* There is a pay parking lot at the corner of Lameys Mill Rd. and Charleson Rd. (about 3 blocks away).
* An Uber or Taxi will drop you off at the marina entrance (there is a 20-minute loading zone).
* On the #50 bus, get off at Lameys Mill Rd. at Sitka Square (about two blocks from the marina).
* ***Doors will not open until 6:45 pm. Sorry, no early admittance.***

Volunteers Needed!
I could use a hand with this event. I'm looking for 3 or 4 volunteers, at least one with a car. If you can help out, please send me a direct message. Remember, I'm just a volunteer too, and I'd love to make this event spectacular for everyone!

A Special Request:
As this is a live-aboard community, let's show our respect to the residents by leaving quietly at the end of the night.
