Going Going Gone plays the third Thursday at Takoma Park VFW. They're a fun band, I go to most every time they play. They do lots of original music mixed with high-energy oldies and are fun to dance to.

The Tacoma Park VFW might be the best little dive bar in MoCo. The drinks are cheap, the bartender & patrons are friendly, and there is a small dance floor. There are not a lot of places to sit. There is no cover charge but please tip the band $5-10.

Snacks are available and you can bring your own if you like.
