This group is here for anyone who wants to have fun dancing to keep fit, enjoying exercise to your level or up for a session of yoga in order to do something good for your body.
Anyone at any level can join - we only ask that you enjoy yourself and only do what your body feels comfortable with.
We offer face to face and online sessions as well as holidays in the UK and abroad. We look forward to sharing our days away with you.
Our leaders are all professionals who bring joy and laughter to an event.
There are a variety of styles and times to chose from so please have a browse and come and join us....
We care about your health and wellbeing and will always check with you in our classes if you have any injuries or concerns prior to the activity. Please note it is your responsibility to let us know if you have been advised not to partake in exercise or if you have any health problems that may affect you and your ability to join a class. Please message us privately if you have concerns or questions and want to have a chat beforehand. Let's make sure we have fun but keep it safe too. :-)

DESCRIPTION:
This is a gentle beginner's practice, combining a mixture of yoga and meditation techniques. Carmina look forward to sharing what she would describe as a 'basic' yoga and meditation class.Log in by 08:25 for a pre-chat with Carmina, while we wait for arrivals, and we will aim to start the session by 08:30.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME REGARDLESS OF YOUR ABILITY!
Please let her know if there are any medical issues you have. No materials provided. Yoga or exercise mat is recommended, as is comfortable clothing, and a cushion or a chair to sit on for meditation. Please turn on your audio and video when you arrive just to say hello so we know who you are. Carmina enjoys long walks in nature, meeting new people, traveling, living in London and sharing her passion for the history and the beautiful places she discovers either in the UK or abroad. She has been practicing yoga for 19 years and teaching yoga for the past 14 years. Her certificates are master in Korean style yoga called Body&Brain, Anusara immersion & teacher training 200 hour certification, Yoga therapy for PTSD and Ourmala Trauma sensitive yoga.She is looking forward meeting you on the mat to practice basic yoga poses, meditation and breathing techniques.
