This January, we're kicking off the new year with our book club, and YOU get to help choose the book we’ll read! We’re hosting a poll to select one of these amazing options:
- Food, We Need to Talk by Juna Gjata and Dr. Eddie Phillips This book dives into the science behind dieting, exercise, and metabolism, debunking myths and giving readers practical advice to develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
