ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY!

Ø 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM – Meet & Greet
Ø 6:30 PM – Buffet starts
Ø 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM – Dinner Ice Breaker
Ø 7:20 PM to 7:30 PM – Christmas Trivia Game
Ø 7:30 PM to 7:45 PM – Break & Emoji Christmas Song Game
Ø 7:45 PM to 8:45 PM – TABOO Christmas Game
Ø 8:45 PM – Start Gift Exchange

GIFT EXCHANGE
The theme for this years gift exchange is “Snack Box”.
Gifts are to be food items only. Some examples:
Ø Popcorn Tin
Ø Cheese & Sausage Bites
Ø Chocolate Box
Ø Chips & Nuts Box
Ø Meat and Cheese Assortment Holiday Boxed Gift Set
Ø Cheese Board Gift Box With Meats & Cheeses
Ø Charcuterie Board Gift With Meats & Cheeses
No homemade giftboxes like cookies, muffins, cupcakes – must be store purchased and sealed.
Alcoholic beverages not acceptable for gift exchange!
If you bring a guest and they also bring a gift, they are welcome to participate in the gift exchange.
Minimum for gift is $20.
Once everyone has their gift, we are playing a game of left, right narrated by Victoria Ruby. Gifts to be opened at the conclusion of the game, and if you can elect to exchange it with another participant.
If you wish to give a gift to someone, please do not bring personal gifts into the party. Make arrangements to meet at their vehicle, or at another event or meet in person at a different location.

BUFFET
The buffet will be served by Cilantro servers.
Fajita Bar will be the buffet and includes:
Ø Choice of beef or chicken
Ø Tortillas
Ø Guacamole
Ø Sour cream
Ø Queso
Ø Pico de Gallo
Ø Chips & salsa
Ø Water & Tea
Drinks (other than water & tea) are not included.
Price is $22 per person, which includes the gratuity.
Must be paid prior to the party. Anyone that does not pay will be considered as not wanting to eat. Payment & buffet RSVP must be received no later than Sunday December 1st. You can give your payment to Debby Whiting, Pat Walker, Victoria or Tony. Acceptable payment is checks, cash or Zelle.
In addition to the above, some of the members will be bringing homemade desserts to place at the tables. If you’d like to bring something, like cookies, muffins, cupcakes, etc, that’s fine, but please let me know in advance. NO outside food or drinks allowed otherwise!

DRESS & ATTIRE
Dress & attire is at the discretion of each person, but recommended it be casual and comfortable holiday attire.

PRIZES
Christmas games will have prizes for participants – don’t ask what they are….that’s why they are called “Surprises!”
Additionally, there will be Door Prizes. Tickets will be given to each member as they arrive for the drawings. Please note – only members may participate in the drawings, not guests. Also, door prizes will contain alcoholic beverages – so if you do not want prizes of this nature don’t accept a ticket.

You must RSVP no later than Sunday December 1st!
Buffet must be paid in advance no later than Wednesday December 4th!
When RSVP’ing, please don’t forget to include guests if you are bringing any.
