We ride around Regent's Park select weekdays at midday. Our pace is comfortable but not leisurely. We are looking to exercise and make friends. Optional coffee or other beverage near Primrose follows.

This is our inaugural ride. Don't be shy! Let's meet on the outer circle at the traffic light near the London Central Mosque. There is plenty of room to get off the road and gather. We'll circle the park 4-6 times, longer if you feel it! Then, have an optional coffee/beverage at The Albert in Primrose Hill.
