Luminous Absence: a 5Rhythms® Workshop on the Polarities of Presence

This residential weekend retreat is offered
as a pause in what is likely a busy season full of connection
or an empty season full of solitude.
It is for those of you that are at war with yourselves.
This war might be between what you think and what you feel.
Between what you feel and what you do.
Between who you witness and who you yearn to be.
We will make time for the seasonal shift from Autumn to Winter within us
the 5Rhythms Waves map as our guide.
The light that each of us carries into the darkness;
our essential luminous self moving into absence.
When we remove the light, the eyes fail to give us the whole picture
other senses awaken in the darkness.
We will specifically catalyze the embodied energy of acceptance,
of letting it be and embracing
the restful opportunities of the coming Winter season.
