Investigating more of the forest to the west, the group comes across a statue of a stag. It looks almost realistic, except that a leg is missing and a horn looks broken off. As the party investigates, a couple of people feel a little stiff and sluggish, but quickly brushes it off. On closer inspection, a basilisk comes out of the shrubs and leaves it was hiding in and attacks the party. The entire party starts turning into stone as the creature gets knocked out. Grog and Dogtor are able to shake it off, but Caeda and Rose succumb and turn completely. D & G makes their way back to Wyllow's stone tower. She agrees to help, but insists the party kills all of the goblin werebats before morning, leaving the forearm to hand of the affected as stone. Grog decides to renege on the deal and attacks Wyllow. The group seems to be doing well, until she turns into an earth elemental and sinks into the earth. The group decides to head out through a portal. While in route, the environment turns to night and to winter in a matter of minutes. Making it to the building the portal is in, the group is able to enter and head to level 2.** Game will be at Brian's**
