Let's create a vibrant social scene in the Cedar Park/Leander area, together! We’re singles in our 30s, 40s, 50s and up, looking to grow our support networks and get out and enjoy these great towns we live in with friendly conversation, laughs and adventure.
There’s a lot to offer – whether it be special events, dining, music, dancing, movies, bowling, hiking... well you get the point… Come one, come all, invite your friends and let’s enjoy life and live it to the fullest. We’ll organize events on occasion and if you have any suggestions or know of unique events – please feel free to post them as well.

NOTICE OF ASSUMED RISK
By participating in an activity with this meetup group, you are acknowledging the risk of injury while participating, and in exchange for the right to participate in the activity, you knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of your participation, and release and forever discharge this meetup group, their affiliates, members, volunteers for any physical or psychological injury, or property damage, including but not limited to injury, illness, paralysis, disability, death, damages, or economical loss that you may suffer as a direct result of your participation, including travel to and from the activity. You acknowledge you are participating in the activity voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you are aware of the risks involved in participating, which may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, psychological injury, pain, suffering, property damage, economic loss, and death. You acknowledge that you understand that these injuries or damages may be the result of your own or others' negligence, or conditions related to the activity location. Nevertheless, you assume all risks involved, both known and unknown to you, of your participation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever, for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by you or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and costs related to suit, if litigation arises due to any claims made by you or any one acting on your behalf. You acknowledge that participation in activities with this meetup group may involve trials of participants' physical and mental limits, and may include the risk of serious injury, death, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by the location, terrain, facilities, weather, temperature, condition of participants, lack of hydration, equipment, vehicular traffic, and the actions of others, including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators and organizers. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this Waiver and fully understand that it is a release of liability, meaning that you give up the right to hold participants in this meetup group liable for any damages related to an activity. You expressly agree to release and discharge all members, affiliates, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action, and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you otherwise have to bring a legal action for personal injury or property damage. In the event that you should require medical care or treatment for injuries or illness sustained as a result of participation in an activity with this meetup group, you agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. You acknowledge that you are aware and understand that you should carry your own health insurance. You acknowledge that this Agreement is entered into without duress or coercion, and that it is clear and unambiguous, and that no other evidence will be used or admitted to alter or explain the terms of this Agreement, but that it will be interpreted in accordance with the purposes for which it is entered into. This meetup group does not maintain health, auto, home, life, accident, or other insurance policies applicable to members and their guests. It is your responsibility to obtain your own insurance before participating in events if you deem it is necessary. If you bring guests, they also are required to acknowledge and agree to the above Notice of Assumed Risk in order to participate in an event of this meetup group.
