What we’re about
A group for nice people in Copenhagen who wants to meet new people while knitting/crocheting and drinking beer/wine/coffee/tea/whatever! Don't be afraid to show up with your yarn without knowing anyone else, I have high hopes that this group will have awesome people in it! Inspired by "Trondheim Drunken Knitters" (which in turn was inspired by "East Side Drunken Knitters" in LA), that kept me social through my time in Norway :) Bring a somewhat simple knitting project and a smile, and join!
*You need to have a profile picture that clearly shows your face, so that we can recognize each other when we meet, and to prevent attendance of creepy people (probably a bigger issue in LA than here, but still!)
*You need to already know how to knit or crochet, and to bring a project. Even though this is a social group, the crafting is still a prerequisite for this one :) Since the meetups will be at cafes and bars you will have to buy something while you're there, but of course this might just as well be coffee, tea or a smoothie as alcohol, the "drunken" part is optional ;)
*Because I have to pay a small amount to have a Meetup group, there is a small membership fee of 30 kr per year. You can still show up first for free and test out if this is something you would like to continue doing!
