This is a group for anyone interested dance, fitness, learning new things, meeting amazing new people. If you struggle with weight loss, or if you are in a transition in your life, this group will help build your self esteem, improve your mind, quiet your mental chatter! I started this group to bring amazing women and men together who have a desire to grow and to become more in life. Movement is one of the most powerful ways to transform your life. Dance, Fitness & Yoga are three powerful ways to shift the gunk out of our lives and BRING in NEW things into our life. Building one self worth and esteem is a BIG part of how to change. All ages, sizes and abilities are welcome in my group. =)
