Relative Happiness
Relative happiness encompasses all the happiness we are familiar with.
It includes aspects such as money, status, fame, wealth, family, friends, and loved ones.
Politics, economics, medicine, and the arts also contribute to our relative happiness.
We pursue this type of happiness every day, hoping that it will provide us with lasting satisfaction. However, due to the transient nature of everything around us, sooner or later, relative happiness deceives us, and we feel suffering.Absolute Happiness
We all search for enduring happiness, unchanging in old age, sickness, and death.
According to Buddha, this everlasting happiness is called Absolute Happiness and represents the true purpose of life for all human beings. Why were we born?
Why are we living?
What is the purpose of our life?
What determines a good fate of happiness, or a bad fate of misfortune? We will have an online session to learn how Buddhism answers these questions.
