What we’re about

This group is for anyone in the East Valley interested in meeting new friends and looking for fun and interesting things to do. Movies, dinners, happy hours, wine tasting, day trips. Come on out and join us for an event and meet new people. If you have any suggestions for an event, please let us know!

This is a social group. We are not trying to sell you anything and we don't want to buy anything from you. This group is a chance to get out and meet people and have some fun.

Please upload a recent picture of you as your profile picture so we can recognize you at events. Some events will be reservation, limited RSVP. If you are on the wait list, that means you plan to attend. Please take the time to keep your RSVP updated. Three no-shows within a six month period may get you removed from the group.

Let's enjoy happy hour and dinner at Floridino's in Chandler. Home of the pizza muffins, this place offers a good happy hour, which includes $4 house wines, $5 sangria, $8 cocktails, and $2 off beers (Thursday's special is $3 can beer all day). Happy hour ends at 6 pm.

My coffee recommendations include the Peppermint White Mocha Latte, Gingerbread Latte, or the Scotch Kiss Latte, to get into the holiday spirit. There are also several great teas to choose from.

This is a laid-back, casual event to grab some coffee/tea/breakfast and to make friends. There is a specious outdoor patio, in the back with several tables. Please dress warmly, as it is winter in Arizona! ❄️

Make sure to update your RSVP before the event starts so we can get an accurate headcount and secure enough tables.

Time to get a little holiday cheer going! Join us at the Gilbert Riparian Preserve for Riparian After Dark. This is your chance to see holiday lights and displays while strolling around the walkways at the preserve.

Tickets are $5 and can be purchased online here:

Please select the date first (December 18), then click Confirm. Then click on the Tickets button and choose the time. Total price with fees is $7.74. Tickets are available onsite with a credit card for $10 + fees. Parking is available at Southeast Regional Library.

There will be a vendor there with coffee and hot chocolate. Look for me by the entrance with a meetup sign. Hope to see you there!
