Note: Women do run this group. This group is only facilitated by Austin.
This group is for women who want to get out and do activities in Champaign-Urbana, whether you are new in town, a local, or just want to expand your social circle. We will explore new hot spots, restaurants, hiking, bowling, live music, local events, shopping, spa days, and many other activities. Suggestions for activities are more than welcome. Eat, Play, Love CU is for women who want to have a great time, meet new friends, and socialize. Come meetup with us!
A few things to remember about attending an event:
• Update your RSVPs early and often. It really helps to get an idea of how many people will be at an event.
• Check the meetup page frequently before and during the event - sometimes we'll go out for drinks after an event and we'll announce details in the comments. We also use the comments for last minute changes.
• If you cannot find us at a meetup or need to reach us for any reason, you can comment on the event and one of us will see it.
