What we’re about

We are the oldest continuously running hash in the United States!  We meet every other Saturday at 3:00pm, socialize a bit, and then go running/walking along a trail set by a member (the hare). Our trails wind through the wilds of the beautiful Hampton Roads Peninsula (Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, York County), involve at least 1 beer check (for those 21 and older), and end with a festive, baudy and welcoming gathering (the circle).  It's a fun way to get in a bit of exercise with your socializing. We welcome runners and walkers of all abilities. Many of our trails are easily run/walkable with a dog or stroller.  Children under the age of 18 are not recommended, we have family specific hashes once a month that children are able to attend.

Come, join us for laid-back fun as we wander around the wilds of Hampton Roads either running or with a beer in hand (assuming we're over 21).
