Hello beautiful people,

We invite you to join this group as we create a new way of practicing yoga, awareness and wellbeing. The objective of this group is to promote events where you can connect with yourself as well as like-minded people. The activities promoted here are designed to promote holistic health through movement, sound & breath, combining these three elements for a new experience. If you're looking for something different than your run-of-the-mill yoga classes, then look no further. 

Thanks to this group, we aim to create events and spaces where people can reconnect with their roots and branch out into the universe:
- Join us for some delicious yoga sessions, where you can expect to move, sweat, stretch, breathe and relax to some live, calming handpan sounds.
- Participate in soothing sound healing sessions, where Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other various instruments, create a soothing soundscape designed for deep relaxation.
- Take part in various meditation workshops, exploring different techniques (breath work, yoga nidra, mindfulness...), all of which are designed to help you calm your mind and connect with your inner-self. 

We guarantee that you will leave our events feeling relaxed, revitalised and truely happy, with a fresh new mind and body, prepared to take on the world.
