Welcome to Suzie’s Friendly Brighton 45+ Meetup group! This is a member run, not-for-profit, social club offering different types of sociable events every month. You’ll find it’s a great way to find new friends in the area. We aim to offer a wide range of social events and cultural and sporting activities.
I’ll be charging £1 per person at every Meetup or alternatively, if you want to become a member, you can just pay a one-off annual subscription of £10. Why not come to a couple of events, just while you decide if our group is for you?
New to Brighton, or lived here all your life but want to try new cool activities? Try us and enjoy what the area has to offer – and make lots of new friends at the same time! Hope to see you at an event very soon.

See all- Martlets Winter Concert at All Saints HoveAll Saints Church , Hove
Martlets are presenting 2 performances of their annual "Winter Concert" at the HUGE All Saints Church on The Drive in Hove. I've recently joined the Rock Choir, who are one of several choirs performing (as well as several professional singers), and I am singing in the early performance at 5.30 pm. I thought it would be fun to make it a Meetup event, and Alison has kindly agreed to host it (as I'll be busy singing!).
It's all over at 6.30 and we'll go for a meal afterwards if there's sufficient interest (probably just down the road on Church Road).
