Golem's Gate - Gaming & Geekdom

This homebrew campaign takes place in the mists of Ravenloft. Settings are dark and horror-themed. The game is normally closed but will have openings for players when there are absences or a player leaves the group. All games played at Golem's Gate have a charge of $3 per hour paid to Golem's Gate.

The multiverse is an infinite expanse, and nothing can literally be at the center of infinity. Nevertheless, countless worlds, faiths, and narcissists consider themselves the center of everything. They're correct, in a sense: wherever you stand is the most important place in existence—at least, for you.

Any WotC Faerun books are allowed, no Critical Role or Acq Inc stuff. Or, talk to me and we can work on a character together.

From the bustling streets of Waterdeep to the foreboding shadows of Barovia, your journey takes a darker turn. The mist-choked valleys and ancient, twisted forests whisper of a land forgotten by hope and dominated by an immortal tyrant.

Strahd von Zarovich, the enigmatic and malevolent vampire lord, reigns supreme, his power undisputed and his thirst for control insatiable. The land itself seems to bend to his will, and the souls of Barovia are trapped in an endless night of terror.

As adventurers, you will traverse a realm where every shadow conceals a secret and every ally might be a foe. Your courage, wit, and resolve will be tested as never before. Will you uncover the mysteries of Strahd’s dark dominion, liberate the tormented people of Barovia, and ultimately challenge the lord of vampires himself? Or will you succumb to the creeping dread that pervades this cursed land, becoming another soul ensnared by Strahd’s eternal night?

Yet another millennium later it’s the modern day. Small villages popped up on the Ice Tongue Glacier, and a loose community of towns and hearty folk formed in Luna Valley, unaware of the evil sealed beneath their homes. The towns traded and protected one another from monsters and weather until a comet struck the eastern terminus of the glacier.

This adventure will take players from level 1 to level 20
