Reminding ourselves we are not our thoughts - Saturday Morning Experience - Online Yoga workshop with Marc J AcquavivaLink visible for attendees£35.00
Join Marc for his regular "celebration of the body retreat"
These workshops are informal, informative and based on the needs of participants. So feel free to turn up with questions about a particular posture, or an area of the body you have trouble with, some aspect of your practice that needs clarifying and the answers will be incorporated into the session.
Whatever we explore will be for the discovery and enjoyment of new, natural and harmonious relationships between ourselves and the body, so there is always an approach to postures that means there is a version for everyone, from beginner to seasoned teacher. Themes usually build into an elegant flow class that expresses the harmony of the relationships we have uncovered.
There is always time for a guided deep relaxation at the end to integrate our experiences.
Marc has been teaching groups of people online and live for over 10 years now, and he is particularly skilled at responding to what he sees on screen. He facilitates a live and interactive space in these workshops means he can respond directly to your questions and your practice. Limited to just 12 places, he is able to see everyone clearly enough on his large screen to respond what is needed just as if it was a workshop in a studio.
Unable to attend live? f you are unable to book a live and interactive place it means these places have sold out, but you can always choose a 'view-only' place - you can still be there for the live event and you still get access to the recording - for half price. (You must take full responsibility for your own body if you do this though, as Marc won't be able to monitor what is going on for you ).
