What we’re about
ISSA NOVA, the Northern Virginia chapter of the Information Systems Security Association, hosts monthly meetings featuring exciting speakers, networking, and dinner. Meetings are free to members, and qualify for CPE credits. Non-ISSA members are invited to attend a meeting or two, before deciding if they wish to become an ISSA member.
Our monthly speakers cover topics such as Privacy and Security, GDPR, Insider Threat, AI, DevSepOps, etc. Our speakers have included Dr. Ron Ross of NIST, and Vint Cerf, Father of the Internet, and many more. More information can be found on our website: NOVA-ISSA.org
The Information Systems Security Association (ISSA)® is a not-for-profit, international organization of information security professionals and practitioners.
