What we’re about
So you're not a wine connoisseur and dining out can get kind of pricey.... Well.. Come on out and join us for cocktails, drafts, and appetizers at the end of your busy day. We will meet several times a month at different locations around the city for "HAPPY HOUR" and occasionally for other social activities, ranging from baseball games, live music, dancing, to whatever your organizers want to host for you. This is your "neighborhood bar" but all over town!
We're a fun and laid-back group, it doesn't matter if you're young or old, single or a couple, purple or green, or show up early or late, just come and get happy. You can always find members of the group wearing the beads shown in the main photo during events (look on wrists or around our necks) so that's how you know you're "home". Just walk up and introduce yourself to someone wearing the beads! Beads will be available for a $1 donation at most events. We are a large and diverse group, and unfortunately we have had some issues with people "walking out" on their tabs (or part of their tabs anyway.) So we will ask the "hosts" to only take orders with cash or credit cards so the organizers don't have to cover for members... So come on out and and get HAPPY, after all, it's five o'clock somewhere....
Join us for a fun walking ghost tour thru the streets of St Augustine. Hear the history of haunting at the Casa Blanca Inn (aka Tini Martini), the fort, and other areas of interest. Come down to the Old City and mingle with fellow social butterflies from The Jacksonville Happy Hour & Social Club. Whether you are new in town or a local looking to expand your social circle, this event promises to be a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded fun seekers.
This event is FREE (if you are a resident of Duval or St Johns county); however, you must call 904-825-0087 to register yourself on the tour with us. The tour has a limit of 30 people. Once the tour is filled, there will be no more room. The tour runs about an hour and fifteen minutes -- rain or shine.
Many of our previous events have been met with rave reviews, so you will not want to miss out on this experience. Come alone or bring 2 or 3 buddies for a memorable evening of adventure and fun - cheers to new friendships and great conversations!

- Always drink responsibly
- Tip -- Please tip our tour guide.
- Ghost Tour -- Website (Not always up to date, free tour runs thru 12/31/24.)
- Dress -- Outside walking tour, comfortable shoes and a sweater and/or jacket if you are inclined to run cold at night.
- Time -- Tour begins promptly at 8 pm. They ask that we check in around 7:45.
- Gift Shop -- You will be offered a discount on purchases before or after our tour.
Parking Tip: Arrive early to secure parking. St Auggie will be busy due to the ongoing Night of Lights event.
Side Notes:
- No-Message/No-Show -- They are tracked. More than 1 can result in removal from group with exceptions granted at the sole discretion of the organizer. Many events are space limited. We want to be considerate of taking a spot from another member then not participating. Please keep your RSVP updated.
- Host will message attendees either day of or day before and will provide a number to text in case needed.
