Hello, and Welcome! My name is Kyle, and I'm running Tai Chi in the Park in Kuna! Now that it's cold we only meet once a week for an hour, during which we do Qigong exercises, standing meditation, and learn and practice Tai Chi forms and exercises. We keep it very simple and accessible for beginners, but have enough detail and material to assist the growth of more advanced practitioners as well. The goal is improved health and balance, reduced stress and pain, increased focus and stability, and of course improving ourselves a little bit each day!
Tai Chi is on Saturday 9-10 am; in the summer it is at Bernie Fisher Park, but now that it's cold we're meeting inside at the Kuna Kung Fu school on 4th street. Show up to as many as you like! If you miss a few so be it, we're all adults and this is meant to enrich your life, not add stress. The more you come the better, but sometimes is far better than not at all.
This is completely free! And we maintain our distance, but if anyone wants to bring a mask you are more than welcome to do so. I'll look forward to seeing you there!
