All levels volleyball hosted by Adam at Pecos Legacy Park. Everyone is welcome, and free to play. I will do my best to introduce myself to new people. We have a very large group and always enjoy meeting new people. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. If you’re a first timer, or a veteran, come join in the fun!

We start with a 5 min warm-up to make sure your body is feeling good.

Then we jump into exercises right away. It will be a total 45 min of work and no breaks in between (Don't worry you can take breaks when you need them). To finish off we do a 5-6 min cool down with some awesome stretches that you can do throughout your day!
There will be exercises you love, some that will make you sweat hard, and some that you will have to stop and get back into it. But I promise you that it will be all worth it in the end because of how good you will feel!
