Long Beach Referral Exchange

We practice gentle tai chi, chi gong, and meditation exercises, to help improve body & mind health.

Our next class will be at Bluff Park/ Bixby Annex Park (new name) - corner of Ocean & Junipero, near the Museum of Art in Long Beach. There's plenty of parking around the park.

Please dress warmly (in layers as needed, including an extra jacket, hat, shoes, and possibly gloves) and arrive a few minutes in advance to register for the class, if this is your first session.
