Kundalini Yoga is the awareness of spirit in your life. When that spirit awakens, you’ll start to see the miracles of every moment in your life.

Kundalini Yoga is one of the more spiritual types of yoga. It goes beyond the physical performance of poses with its emphasis on breathing, mudras, bandhas, chanting and meditation. The sequences can be quite physically intense. This type of yoga appeals to those who are up for both mental and physical challenges. 

The purpose of this Kundalini Yoga group is to build a community in the Philippines of like-minded individuals who want to break habitual patterns that are not serving them right now and want to learn how to cultivate peace of mind and happiness. Through the practice of yoga and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan combined with sound healing, it will give students the capacity and caliber to deal with life - relieving stress, alleviating depression and lethargy and elevate energy. 

All yoga levels are welcomed. Each class is helpful for first time students as well as more experienced students who want to learn and experience the powerful transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga. Sat nam!
