When your body feels "out of it", you can exercise and sweat out toxins. Likewise, when your mind feels "out of it", you can clear toxins with meditation! Throwing away of complicated thoughts clears your head and refreshes your mind.

The more you empty your mind, your body and heart become lighter while your inner strength grows. Just as regular, habitual exercise strengthens your body, the habit of emptying the mind improves your mind's well-being and your life.
