This group is for anyone interested in meditation or seeking peace. The Sahaja Meditation involves no exercises and the participant is able to bring his subtle spiritual system into balance. The meditation technique allows the participant to reduce their stress levels, and experience a sense of peace very quickly.

All anxieties, tensions, stresses and everyday worries are reduced by this form of meditation. The individual is able to tune into their inner being very quickly and without any effort, bringing their system into balance. There is no cost for Sahaja Meditation. Never has been and never will be. There is no prior requirement or equipment such as floor mat etc. needed for this meditation session. Each class includes an introduction to the basics and guided meditation, you will be able to start meditating at home from the day you attend the class. Just come to the class and enjoy the peace. Please note all sessions and course material are free.
