What we’re about

Hashing is a non competitive run oriented sport played world wide by over 100,000 people. It is a variant of a British children's game called Hounds and Hares. The "hare" defines the route by setting a series of marks thru city streets and parks attempting to misdirect the "hounds". It is sort of the thinking persons approach to running and has elements of a scavenger hunt and Fartlek running. There are dozens of web sites explaining it in detail, including ours at MinneapolisH3. We meet weekly at 2 PM on Sundays (Winter - 3 PM Summer) at various locations in the metro, and again at 7 PM on Thursdays.
