Have you been looking for a co-ed Volleyball group where you can attend the first time and feel like you are part of the group ??? Well this just might be the place where "everyone" can play ball and have fun and improve their skill level. Come meet other local recreational volleyball players, those who play in sand and/or indoor courts. All are welcome! We have developed a fun group where we all like to play rather than win, but lets face it - we get competitive in our game play. Most of our V-baller's are intermediate players, however "All" skill levels are welcome to join us. Most often we will play 4 to 6 players, scores are called at serve & 3 hits are encouraged to improve game play, but still laughing is very much allowed; instruction is often given freely, mistakes are made, but laughs are aplenty. We have sand court play currently at Fleischman Park ; just make sure you RSVP and do so early as some of our limited venues will fill up fast. Most of our group members are from somewhere else and have cited this group as the key for them in making new friends, socializing and getting connected. We have been known to gather for drinks and eats after our meetups.
We will occasionally have bbq/pool or beach volleyball parties.
Recently Oct. 2021 the Naples City Parks increased there fees to play volleyball & required us to carry Liability Insurance so unfortunately we have had to double our fees to continue to play...so it is now $10 to play & MEMBERSHIP DUES ANNUAL fee of $20.00 - payment collected in cash/check or you can use the paypal link on the site to make payment. We are also asking, if you will when you come to play bring $5 to help pay for the court rental & lights.All donations are really appreciated...on average it costs us $250 a month to rent the courts so we are certain we have a place to play. Monies are used to maintain the group on meetup.com, purchase vball supplies, and we have many goals for other group benefits forthcoming. ARE YOU GAME ???
