Welcome to Nourishment 4 the Soul in Modesto Meet-up Group. Who are we? We are a group of Reiki practitioners, Master/Teachers who enjoy using our talents to help others and assist them in learning the art and science of energy healing. On the Second Saturday of every month, we host a Free Reiki Share Day so those who may have never experienced Reiki can do so and those who have various degrees in Reiki skills can come and join us. Drumming is also another passion we hold dear at Nourishment 4 the Soul in Modesto. Come join us on the Third Saturday of every month for a Free Reiki Share Hour followed by Healthy Rhythm Drumming creating an exhilarating experience! It doesn't matter if you are a first-timer, novice or have many years of drumming experience; are all welcome. To help people put the dots together in regards to energy healing, Nourishment 4 the Soul in Modesto hosts classes. We have a variety and multitude of informative classes to help people understand the benefits of various modalities used in energy healing techniques. There are many introductory classes for those who have little to no experience in working with energy. Some of the classes, for example, are on Chakra introduction and balancing, meditation principles and practices, stones, crystals and gems: healing properties and their effects on us are just a few subjects we touch on. It's a fun and learning atmosphere and experience! There is a cost to the classes. Included in the price is a very informative Power Point Presentation on the subject as well as a hand-out for those who attend. The classes last approximately one hour with question and answer period afterwards.
