And we will also work with energy based exercises to help you learn how to stay centered and operate from your highest self no matter what the circumstances.Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a journal or something to take notes. If you eat lunch beforehand eat lightly.
We will be practicing everything. Nothing will be hard It will be sensory but not hard. You will be able to share this with family members if you wish, your children, and it is invaluable material for everyday life especially for children and young adults. These will be fun yet very effective ways to physically affect the nervous system when one is feeling challenged or stressed.Hope you can make it!

Happening beforehand and sitting in meditation, Ishtara will ask her spirit guides to assist her in selecting guidance for those who will be attending the event. Utilizing oracles for astrology, numerology and colorstrology she will focus her intent for 20 participants as if each one was sitting in front of her for a personal reading.
Trusting that spirit already knows who will be in attendance, the information received will then be transcribed and she will decorate each Holiday ornament for the members to select upon arrival.Upon arrival and after selections are made, she will give each participant their reading with a focus being on the upcoming year.
This will be a Light and Fun time for all as we gather around friendly faces and enjoy holiday goodies.
