SAN DI-ASIANs

Welcome to the SAN DI-ASIANs Meetup Group!

The goal is to network, expand your social circle, and have fun. This group is not limited to just Asians.

This is not a singles group. We are all about making new friends and having a good time. Events include dining, going to local bars and breweries, hiking, and many more. We enjoy finding local gems in San Diego. Members are welcome to attend and organize events that interest them.

** Donations are greatly appreciated.  Your contribution helps organizers continue to plan fun events for the group.  To donate, please give your contributions directly to one of the organizers or send via PayPal at the link http://www.paypal.me/SanDiAsians (instead of the "Chip-in" option on the website). We are also looking for sponsors for the site. Please message the organizers for more information to how to become a sponsor.  

** Please Note:  To participate in San Di-Asians a clear profile picture is required (i.e. headshot, no group, no obstruction, no distant shots, no sunglasses).

** The best way to be updated with our events is through the San Di-Asians website from an Internet browser.  The meetup app for smartphones are convenient but functions may be limited and may have glitches. 

**Please do not use San Di-Asians’ website or events to promote for a group, event, organization or business UNLESS it has been approved through the Organizer.  San Di-Asians are always looking for partnerships and sponsorships so if you are interested please contact one of the Organizers for an application.  Advertising without the consent of the Organizer is a violation of San Di-Asians’ policy and is subject to removal from the group.

By joining the group you agree that San Di-Asians does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who participate in this group activity. In consideration of your participation in said group activity, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge San Di-Asians and its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss of injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the group activity. 

 This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of any state, federal, local or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demand, injuries, or damage which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived. 

I hereby agree on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify San Di-Asians and its officers, board and employees, join and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in this group activity. It is further understood and agreed that said participation in the group activity is not to be construed as an admission of any liability and acceptance of assumption of responsibility by San Di-Asians, its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally, for all damages and expenses for which San Di-Asians, its officers, board and employees, become liable as a result of any alleged act of the parade participant.

You give us permission to use your name, profile picture, content, and information in connection with commercial, sponsored, or related content (such as a brand you like) served or enhanced by us. This means, for example, that you permit a business or other entity to pay us to display your name and/or profile picture with your content or information, without any compensation to you. If you have selected a specific audience for your content or information, we will respect your choice when we use it. We do not give your content or information to advertisers without your consent. You understand that we may not always identify paid services and communications as such.
