What to Expect:
Please join between 7:45 PM to 8:00 PM out of respect to the other participants, room will be closed by 8:05 PM
Brief introduction and grounding for 5 to 15 minutes
Meditation is 20 - 30 minutes approximately, followed by a short debriefing.
Time allows I will do another short meditation cycle.
