What we’re about

This group is for people in the area who want to come together to meditate or practice mindfulness. If you have a practice and want to sit with others or you are a beginner and want to learn this is your group. You can be experienced or a beginner but there are multiple groups that meet with different philosophies so please read the description of individual meetups for more information about how they practice.  Depending on the seasons we have sits both indoors and out.  Everyone is welcome!
