We all endevour to be happy and healthy. There is no other greater purpose. If we are leading a balanced life...everything else falls into place. We need to be mindful that we're focusing our thoughts and energy into achieving this for ourselves. Only then can we truly be of use to others. Put your own mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing at the heart of your existence.
So by hosting mindfulness classes for those who wish to be part of a group working towards similar goals we hope to inspire you to be at your best now and in the future. These will be held every two weeks once numbers have been confirmed.
We shall also be holding interactive group discussions...inviting guest speakers on Nutrition for the body and mind, health & Wellness tips to operate at optimum level. In addition, a more physical experience for those of you who wish to meet up to participate in yoga/ mindful movement classes. These workshops will take place monthly throughout the South West. Only £2:50 per seminar/session, for face-to-face meetups. All Online seminars are free.
By doing so, we aim to work as a group to tap into our full potential.
