Whether you are just starting your journey to better health, or have spent many years on the wellness path, there is something for everyone to enjoy! As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing.
With years of practice in hypnosis, Crissy has also safely and gently guided many clients to gain deep insights through past life regression.
Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.

Join us for a transformative afternoon of healing using cross-cultural shamanic techniques. We will first work together to create scared space and honor nature as our guide. We will then identify our individual and collective intentions for our time together. Participants will meet a spirit guide and be channeled through a meditative shamanic journey relevant to the season. The beat of the drum acts as the heartbeat of the universe during the shamanic journey.

After the journey you will be asked to reflect on your experience through journaling, meditating, or sharing your thoughts and feelings. You will have an opportunity to receive compassionate healing energy as directed by the facilitator.
