IMPORTANT:
You need to have indoor sport shoes to play in the sportshall. Please bring shoes that are not used outside also, preferably not with a black sole, unless they are real indoor shoes. Otherwise the guys at the sportshall might not allow you to play.
Time Schedule:
11:00AM - 11:30AM Warm up (Warm Up & Small training)
11:30AM - 13:00PM Friendly matches (split to 3 teams)
Please come to the field at least 15 minutes earlier, to be ready to start warming up ON TIME.
RSVP:
It is very important to keep your reservation status up-to-date even if you are in the waiting list. Because you might have prevented other people from joining if you don’t show up. Please be responsible and respect each other.
If you decide not to come, you can for sure cancel it but please let us know ASAP by commenting on the event or sending a message to one of the organizers.
People with two times of no show up or last minute cancellation without any prior notice (before 10pm) will be banned from attending the event for 4 sessions.
Second field:
We might decide to book a second field if we notice that it is worth it, that there is a lot of people in the waiting list, that the field is available and that it will not ruin the fun, especially if someone doesn’t show up because it would be a worse situation than having 18ppl with 1 field in that case.
Friendly matches:
We split 18 people to 3 team (6+6+6), 15 points with rally point.
After each set, we will change the opponents
Fee:
We charge 2 euro per person each time. We have to share the field booking fee, Meetup group fee and build some budget for balls and equipment.
Guest:
If you want to bring your guest, he/she has to register and update his/her RSVP by him/herself.
We meet directly in the sport hall. Check for the volleyball meetup group!!
If you have extra volleyball with you, you can also bring it!
