What we’re about
Take one part psychology, one part spirituality, one part creativity, and one part adventure, mix them together in the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains, and you have the recipe for the Wild Spirits. Are you someone who is passionate about adventure and personal growth? Who craves both internal and external exploration? Who likes to have fun and build authentic connections? If so this group might be for you.
We will be leading meetups that combine these elements, bringing fellow Wild Spirits together to adventure together, grow together, and make memories together. Examples of potential meetups include (but are certainly not limited to): medicine walks, dream groups, full moon hikes, shamanic journeys, drum circles, creative writing circles, camping trips, and a variety of retreats and workshops. Come join us as we explore the human condition in the great outdoors.

### Menopause is not a topic to be whispered about behind closed doors. It's a journey that affects every woman on the planet at some point in her life. By talking openly about menopause, we can create a supportive community where women feel empowered, informed, and understood.
#### Whether you're just starting this journey or have been on it for a while, share personal stories, exchange tips, and find solace during this time of transition.
