Mindfulness became a mainstream and sort of buzzword in todays world. True meditation is much more than managing your stress level to experience relative ease. Those who practice know that meditation is both art and science that ultimately leads to full liberation. They also know that this road can be quite long and solitary. There are times when this road is full of love and light and then there are times of intense suffering and blinding darkness. If you feel the urge to share your experience, which in true relations always means both teach and learn you are more than welcome.
